This website is operated by We Make It Supply. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to We Make It Supply. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in the course of using the Service.
PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We sell blank apparel intended for customization. We make every effort to display our products, colors, fabric weights, and specifications as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your display will show colors accurately.
Many of our items are garment dyed, washed, or otherwise finished in ways that produce natural variation between pieces. Shade, wash intensity, and finish may vary from unit to unit and from the images shown. This is a characteristic of these garments, not a defect.
Sizing and measurements are provided by the manufacturer and may vary within normal production tolerances. Where a garment is known to run large or small, we note this on the product page.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.
ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices are in United States dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers in a manner inconsistent with normal use, orders with suspected fraud, and orders where a product was listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.
YOUR ARTWORK AND DESIGNS
Our products are sold blank. You are solely responsible for any artwork, logo, text, or design you apply to them. By purchasing from us, you represent that you own or have permission to use any intellectual property you apply to our garments, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from designs you apply.
We make no guarantee that any particular decoration method will work on any particular garment. We strongly recommend testing your process on a sample before committing to a full run.
RETURNS
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it before placing an order.
SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your order.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service and all products delivered to you are provided "as is" and "as available" except where expressly stated otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Make It Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or the cost of decoration, labor, or materials applied to our garments. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Make It Supply and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
