What is the return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, undecorated blanks within 14 days of delivery. Anything that has been printed, washed, or altered can't be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Do I need an account or a minimum order?
No. There's no minimum order, and you don't need an account, an application, or a resale license to buy from us. Order a single piece or a full run. Pricing is listed right on each product page. Planning a larger run? Email us the styles, colors and quantities you need and we'll put a quote together.
When will I get my order?
Two parts: processing, then shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. After that, UPS Ground transit time depends on where you are, and the estimated delivery window is shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Working with a deadline? Where are your products manufactured?
We don't manufacture our own garments. We carry blanks from established apparel brands including Shaka Wear, Greenhouse, Cotton Collective and others, with more styles added regularly. Every product page lists the brand, fabric and fit so you know exactly what you're buying.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and how far it's going from Louisville, KY. Everything ships UPS Ground, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
